My life changed forever 3 years ago today.
I was asked to become Mrs. Kc Myers by this man with whom I had fallen in love.
It was actually Thanksgiving Day and a perfect end to a wonderful holiday.
There are times that I look down at my engagement ring and am still in awe that he asked me to marry him. Out of all the girls in all the world ... I was the luckiest of them all. He said that he loved me and me alone. He said that he wanted to spend the rest of his life with me and no one else. He wanted to marry ... me.
I couldn't have asked for a better, more-suited for me life partner. I look at him, this man that God gave to me, and am so thankful for His mercy and grace in my life.
I wish I could go on top of that 12-story building tonight, oh about 9 p.m., and relive those precious moments when Kc first told me that he loved me and wanted to marry me. Unfortunately, that building is on the other side of the world and as badly as I want to go up on that rooftop, it just isn't going to happen this year. :)
Instead, I'll have to satisfy myself of looking at the few pictures we took and then just talking with my love and remembering that night that forever changed our lives.
I love you, Babe! Thanks for asking me to marry you! I'm super glad I did.

You guys are an awesome couple. I'm glad Kc asked you to marry him, too.
SO good to hang out with you this past weekend!! Love!!
You're not the only lucky one. Not only was KC blessed, his entire family was as well. You add a lot of sparkle to the Myers clan.
I still cherish the memory of being "in the know" and figuring out how to get that beautiful ring to KC in time to fulfill all his plans and dreams for that special day.
So glad you said YES!
