An adventure awaits

Tomorrow morning. I try something new.

I hate trying new things. They always frighten me and make me extremely nervous. You'd think a girl that lived overseas for two years would welcome adventure with open-arms. Not hardly.

The adventure of substitute teaching looms ahead.

I have a 4th grade class to conquer in the morning. So, I must get my rest and store up bundles of energy.

Stay posted for an update on said adventure. :)

We all think you will make a terrific teacher! I understand about being nervous though -- but hopefully that will soon pass. Can't wait to hear how it went!

4th grade is awesome! Old enough to wipe their own noses and sharpen their own pencils; young enough to still think you are super cool! I hope it's going great. Let us know!

I didn't know you were doing that!! That is great! Remember how much you loved teaching in China? You will do great and I just bet, really enjoy it. ;)

How was the trip home?

Ahh, girlfriend I feel your pain. Really the anticipation is the very worst. I look forward for you to get the first day out of the way - just the fear of the unknown. Subbing really is pretty fun :^)
